🔁 Cancellation Policy
Once registered and payment is made for any course, workshop, event, webinar, or service, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
Please review the program details carefully before proceeding with payment.
💸 Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once access to course materials, recordings, downloadable resources, or any educational service has been granted.
This includes:
Access to e-books, PDFs, presentations, or videos
Participation in any live or recorded session
Issuance of certificates or credentials
Refunds will not be processed for:
Change of mind
Inability to attend the session
Personal scheduling conflicts
Technical issues from the participant’s end (e.g., internet, device problems)

Refunds may be considered only in the rare case of:
Duplicate payments (with valid proof)
Service not delivered as promised due to a verified internal error
